Key Support Services was started by a team of enthusiastic individuals who have over 40 years of combined experience in the field of human services who saw a need for more diversity in services for people with developmental disabilities.

Team members are trained in person centered thinking skills, humans rights and best practice. Additionally, all team member receive training in First Aid, CPR, Positive Behavior Supports, Medication Administration, Medicaid Waiver Documentation, Emergency Preparedness, Serious Incident Reporting, Harassment and numerous other industry specific and general employment practice trainings.
